We have been to both Cafes the last days. Both are absolutely amazing, friendly service and the food was delicious. We also enjoyed the wonderful views. We will surely join in again!

Another kind review with photo from a customer of our Hollyhock Café in the Terrace Gardens in Richmond:
Dear Hollyhock,
I’m a regular visitor to Hollyhock Cafe, love the food, and always enjoy a cup of Chai latte. The ambiance and views are spectacular. Staff are always welcoming, polite and helpful.
I’ve attached a photo I took during my visit yesterday, feel free to use it on your feedback site should you wish to.
Please pass on my thanks to your staff.
Kind regards
Andy Blackwell
Do remember that the Olympic flame will be transported down the Thames in Richmond on the royal barge Gloriana on Friday morning. Tide Tables will be one of the best vantage points to the river where you can eat and drink as you watch the events of the morning unfold. Join us and enjoy the festivities…
Probably like many people, I’m not too good at leaving feedback if I’m satisfied with something. However, following a visit to your cafe on Wednesday with a friend, I’m determined to make the effort! What a wonderful find. We hadn’t visited Richmond before and just came across Tides as we wandered about. Lovely location beneath the trees overlooking the river. And the food? Well, neither of us is vegetarian but quite honestly we’d be happy converts if you were on our doorstep. Absolutely the most delicious lunch and one we’ll remember for a long time. I had a Tom’s Pie with spinach, mushrooms and hazelnuts, my friend had the flatbread with fresh rocket and mozzarella. And we shared a generous dish of Greek salad. How I wish we didn’t live 100 miles away! Will most definitely be back. Thank you!
There can be few places on the Tube network as delightful as Richmond on a sunny day. In my book, the park, the river, the pubs, restaurants and shops add up to a splendid day out. The early morning sun bouncing off the Thames is just right for basking in and one of the best places to do so is Tide Tables, a vegetarian café in one of the archways under Richmond Bridge. Once at the head of the queue I was presented with a delicious berry smoothie and a huge plate of tasty falafel with four different salads, some splendid houmous and a roll…

Hi
It would be really useful to have the opening times on your website.

We would like to wish all of you well for Her Majesty the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee weekend. There are many events taking place in and around Richmond, so why not drop in for some refreshments during the day?! Have any good stories or photos from the weekend that you would like to share? Email us or comment below and let us know…
…and this time we are hoping it’s here to stay! Why not drop in on The Hollyhock café in The Terrace Gardens and relax at our outdoor tables. Or get some goodies to go and have a picnic on the lovely lawns in front of the café leading to the River Thames?
Tide Tables is also a lovely place to sit and watch the boats sail by. Find us under the arches of Richmond Bridge.
