…and this time we are hoping it’s here to stay! Why not drop in on The Hollyhock café in The Terrace Gardens and relax at our outdoor tables. Or get some goodies to go and have a picnic on the lovely lawns in front of the café leading to the River Thames?

Tide Tables is also a lovely place to sit and watch the boats sail by. Find us under the arches of Richmond Bridge.

On Tuesday, 15 March, Her Royal Highness the Queen and Prince Phillip visited ‘Wild London’, an event in Richmond Park designed to pay tribute to The Queen’s six decades on the throne and celebrate both London’s natural environment and the important role that the borough’s parks and gardens play in bringing people closer to nature. Despite some fairly ominous weather, local photographer Matthew Butterfield braved the rain, hail and lightening to snap these photos to share with the Tide Tables community.
